Rev Richard Grimball
Richard Grimball is the Founder and Executive Director of Camino Counseling Center, while also serving as Priest-in-Charge at Saint James Anglican Church. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate whose focus and approach to therapy integrate science, scripture, and prayer. He specializes in individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the adjustment to life’s transitions. Richard earned a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Charleston Southern University (2024) and a Master of Divinity from the University of the South (2002). He also holds a Master of Arts in English from Clemson University (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of Charleston (1990). Married to his wife Paige, for over 30 years, they have three grown boys and one granddaughter. You will often find Richard in, and on, the water surfing or boating, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking for dear friends.
Paige Grimball
Paige Grimball is married to Richard and serves as the interim, office administrator. Paige coordinates client schedules and manages the daily operations of the counseling center. She also serves as a resource for community services that might be needed for clients in addition to traditional counseling. Paige’s superpower is building community and caring for others. She shares Richard’s passion for the water, sewing for her granddaughter, and spending time with her children, family and friends.
